May Trinh Gibbs (Associate)
About the Attorney
After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in English, May Trinh Gibbs entered Chapman University School of Law. After graduating from law school and passing the bar exam on her first try, May began her legal career at The Law Offices of Jennifer L. Keller, where she helped handle criminal cases ranging from juvenile petitions to adult misdemeanors and serious felonies.
Ms. Trinh Gibbs then became a Deputy Public Defender in San Bernardino County and quickly developed a reputation among her colleagues as a hard-working and dynamic trial attorney. She soon earned the respect of far more senior deputy district attorneys, by whom she was considered an ethical, aggressive and effective trial attorney in the courtroom.
In 2007, Trinh Gibbs returned to Keller Rackauckas as a criminal defense lawyer, bringing with her trial experience and a deeper understanding of the challenges and complexities of criminal defense. At KR she has handled all types of criminal and juvenile cases, from DUIs to white collar felonies.
May is a fluent speaker of Vietnamese and is active in the Vietnamese legal community.
